- On arrival-day your rooms will be ready for you at 4 p.m.
- Check-Out until 9 a.m.
- Much extended stays will be charged with the current daily rate.

1. Cancellation by the guest
- We only accept cancellations by email or through the booking system used!
- No cancellation fees up to 4 weeks before the start of the vacation,
- up to 1 week before the day of arrival 30 % of the total arrangement price,
- in the last week before the arrival date 70 % of the total arrangement price,
- No-Shows will be charged completely with 100 %.
2. Cancellation by the host
- Your reservation can also be cancelled by us up to 4 weeks before arrival-day.
- This regulation is invalidated with the premature payment of a deposit!

- No-Shows will be charged completely with 100 %.
2. Cancellation by the host
- Your reservation can also be cancelled by us up to 3 months before arrival-day.
- Missing deposits/assurances on the booking status shall constitute grounds for termination of the contract at any time.

Travel Insurance
We recommend taking out travel insurance! - Cancellation fees can thus be covered in many ways, e.g. also in the case of a Covid-19 infection.
If you are active in sports, it is recommended to take out the insurance of .
The covers your vacation as well - with lower insurance benefits.

Guarantee - Pre-payment
Bookings are considered guaranteed after payment a deposit of 30% of the booking amount. We expect this guarantee to be received at least on the last day of the free cancellation period (4 weeks in summer, 3 months in winter - see "cancellation" topic - before the arrival-day) via
- bank transfer free of charge to our account at Raiffeisenbank Mayrhofen (NAME: Josef Troppmair, IBAN: AT663627400000305870, BIC: RZTIAT22274), received at least 15 days before the booked arrival date.
Payment
Please pay your bill during your stay, but latest the evening before departure-day.
We recommend paying with cash of Maestro/V-Pay. For sure we accept VISA and Mastercard too.
Other important information
We reserve the right to charge costs for theft, acts of vandalism, damage to hotel facilities, soiling (e.g. smoking in the room, animal hair in carpets) etc. separately, and also retrospectively, according to the usual hourly or daily rates due to unsaleability.
In particular, our holiday apartments are only handed over against a deposit of EUR 300.00 in cash, a usage agreement must also be signed; return of the deposit only in compliance with all guidelines.
All other facts not written here will be handled with the Autrian Hotel Association Terms.
